Development layouts for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore included in this latest document drop appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and contains a notes section identifying various areas of the property.
Alongside this are what appear to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, including layouts for dock shelters.
Additional images made public as part of the continuing oversight disclosure.
